    Your Mentors

     Tammy Turner, MCC Kendra Strudwick, PCCAnn Wright, PCC 
     Over the last 10 years as a Certified Coaching Supervisor, ICF Coaching Mentor and an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Tammy Turner has supported both organisational and individual coaches to be their best. Tammy is comfortable with identifying suggested areas for growth, delivering useful feedback and supporting coaches throughout their learning journey. 

    Tammy fosters a synergistic relationship through psychological safety enhancing coaches’ ability to reflect about themselves and bring their ‘best self’ to their coaching practice. This expanded capacity leads to enriched engagement with their client, their work and the client’s organisation. Tammy has been working in the coaching profession since 2001 and has over 10,000 client-facing hours.
    Kendra is a senior trainer, assessor and mentor for The NeuroLeadership Institute and has attained over 6000 coaching hours. Over the past eight years she has personally assessed over 200 coaches at ACC level and 45 coaches at PCC level as well as training hundreds of coaches in ICF accredited Coach Training Programs.

    Kendra holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential and is a committed lifelong learner. Kendra brings unmatched passion and the ability to translate complex concepts into everyday examples. Expect to be inspired, stretched and championed.





    Ann is a Professional Certified Coach with a background in human resources, operational and change management. Ann started her own coaching business five years ago. She is a trainer for the Graduate Certificate of Organisational Coaching at Swinburne University of Technology and has over 700 hours client-facing hours. 

    Ann is increasingly working as a mentor for organisational and individual coaches and delights in supporting them to develop their competence and coaching presence. She is known for her compassion and candour in providing astute feedback which challenges and expands how they are as a coach. She is currently completing certification as a Narrative Coach which informs her approach to coaching and mentoring.

    Programs

    6x group sessions & 3x individual sessions delivered via Zoom videoconference. Sessions are spread over three months to qualify as part of your ICF Credential Application. Maximum 8 participants per cohort .

    Team coaching is an eclectic field that integrates aspects of other disciplines and theories including systems thinking, behavioural science, psychology, psycho-dynamic analysis, systems theory, organisation behaviour, and organisational culture. It could be described as Organisational Development fuelled by coaching skills with a strong systems approach.


    Research suggests that while team coaching currently represents 9% of overall coaching delivered, it is this type of coaching predicted to grow the most over the coming two years. While one-to-one coaching can be a very powerful way of improving an individuals’ performance, team coaching offers more collective benefits which can have an extremely positive effect upon an entire organisation.

    Module 1: Foundation
    Dates: TBC

    This module is for people with a solid foundation of experience and expertise in one-to-one coaching, who want to add team coaching to their portfolio. It aims to ensure competency and confidence in extending coaching approaches to helping teams become more effective and develop the capability to coach themselves. The context is teams in the workplace, with particular emphasis on executive teams and project teams, although the tools, techniques and theory also apply to other forms of team. 

    Module 2: Tools & Techniques
    ​Dates: TBC

    The aim of Module 2 is to build on the three-day Foundation Course by going into greater depth on key topics and acquiring additional tools and approaches. This module also offers a higher level of critical analysis of theory and practice. 


    Participants need to have completed a Foundation Level Team Coaching program module to attend.

    Module 3: Consolidation
    Dates: TBC

    The aim of Module 3 is to consolidate learning by delving further into developmental processes and ethics and gives opportunities to present and practice your learning. It provides a deeper understanding of what it is to be a team coach and helps to develop your team coaching practice.


    Participants need to have completed a Foundation Level and Module 2 Team Coaching program module to attend.
