TAMMY TURNER, CEO

Tammy Turner is the organisational specialist transforming organisations into organisations of the future. 

 

Since 2001, Tammy has supported people-focused and purpose-driven organisations realising they are the organisations of the future, fulfilling their purpose by becoming leaders of genuine and sustainable change. Leading a team of hand-selected and personally trained coaches across the globe, Tammy Turner has worked with over 120 organisations to design and deliver innovative, large-scale transformation initiatives to ensure that organisations and their people thrive. With clients including the likes of Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA), BCG, ING Bank, Pepsi, Leighton Holdings, NASDAQ, Shell and the Australian Federal Government, Tammy Turner knows what’s needed to ensure that organisations learn, adapt, and respond to their fast-changing environments.

 

Experience

With nearly 20 years’ experience in transforming organisations, Tammy draws on her previous executive background with companies such as IBM, Lexmark and Sybase and non-executive board appointments with organisations such as the International Coaching Federation to lead teams of global coaches to develop systemic organisational-wide change that aligns with their vision, values, and strategy for the future. From C-Suite executives to ground-level leaders, Tammy tailors solutions for local and multi-country organisations ensuring high-impact, sustainable and meaningful change for them and their people.

 

As the CEO of Turner International, Tammy has built a reputation for modelling strong leadership qualities, with the ability to listen, challenge, support and motivate even the most challenging leaders to embrace and sustain transformation. As Founder of The Centre for Coaching Development and Supervision and previous Head of Supervision, and a core faculty member at the Global Coach Training Institute (GTCI), Tammy has trained, mentored, and supervised hundreds of executive and team coaches globally, assisting them to make measurable difference in their organisations. 

Professional Qualifications 

Through bringing a balance of relational and commercial engagement to her co-creative approach, clients have described Tammy as warm, professional, and disarmingly inspirational. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and has an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ATCT) with the International Coaching Federation (IFC) and holds the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)’s Master Practitioner Global Individual, Team Coaching, and Global Individual Supervision Accreditations.   

 

Originally from Colorado, USA, and based in Australia, Tammy travels the world as a sought-after speaker, author and thought leader. When not in the office, she enjoys deep sea diving off the coast of Florida or walking through the bushland of outback Australia, reconnecting to her love of nature.

KYM CONNELLY, PROJECT MANAGER

 

As project manager at Turner International, Kym is involved in program planning and implementation seeing each program through to its completion. Being responsible for client and participant liaison, as well as the organisation of large-scale engagements and open training programs, she is very much the heart of Turner International.

Kym handles the logistical and practical elements of our client relationships, coaching development programs while maintaining strong relationships with our associates and organising speaking engagements and events for our CEO, Tammy Turner. 

Prior to joining Turner International, Kym worked in Project Management roles in the Aged Care industry and the IT professional services and solutions sector. Originally from Sydney, Kym is a wife and mother of two active daughters and an avid traveller.
