TAMMY TURNER, CEO

 

Tammy Turner, CEO Turner International, is passionate about co-creating organisations of the future. Whether leading a cultural change initiative, working with C-Suite executives and their teams, designing or facilitating a program, or supervising or mentoring coaches, Tammy ensures the foundations of these engagements are people focus and purpose led. Her warm and professional approach engages clients, stakeholders and audiences making her a sought-after speaker, author and thought leader in the coaching industry. 
 

Since 2001, Tammy has worked with corporate and federal government decision makers and their teams around the world, introducing systemically impactful concepts, universal frameworks, models and techniques to ignite learning and evolution. As Founder of The Centre for Coaching Development and Supervision, Tammy has mentored and supervised many hundreds of coaches, assisting them to make a measurable difference to organisations and their people.


Tammy leverages her previous executive background in ITC including IBM, Lexmark, Sybase and internet start-ups as well as non-executive board appointments fostering team accountability, decision making and shared business outcomes. Tammy brings a balance of relational and commercial engagement to her co-creative approach within the leadership space. Tammy’s clients describe her as an excellent listener with strong leadership qualities and the ability to challenge, question and motivate.

Experience

Tammy has worked with over 100 organisations in diverse sectors such as the Australian Federal Government, Construction, Energy, FMCG, Finance, ITC, NGO/NFP’s, Professional Services, Transportation and Mining. She has designed and delivered strategic business initiatives aligned with individual and/or organisational change and has worked with boards of directors, ‘C-seat’ and front-line leaders, leaders as coaches and individual contributors.

She has also been a non-executive Director of the International Coaching Federation’s Australasian Professional Standards team. Originally from Colorado USA, Tammy is now based in Australia, delivering services around the globe.

KYM CONNELLY, PROJECT MANAGER

 

As project manager at Turner International, Kym is involved in program planning and implementation seeing each program through to its completion. Being responsible for client and participant liaison, as well as the organisation of large-scale engagements and open training programs, she is very much the heart of Turner International.

​

Kym handles the logistical and practical elements of our client relationships, coaching development programs while maintaining strong relationships with our associates and organising speaking engagements and events for our CEO, Tammy Turner. 

​

Prior to joining Turner International, Kym worked in Project Management roles in the Aged Care industry and the IT professional services and solutions sector. Originally from Sydney, Kym is a wife and mother of two active daughters and an avid traveller.
