Terms and Conditions for Open Programs

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required on registration. Your place on the program may be held, but not confirmed until full payment is received. Your place will be released should payment not be made by the due date. Pending availability, you may be able to rebook your place at the prevailing ticket price.

 

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation will incur an administration fee of A$250 and a fee according to this schedule: 

a) A full refund (minus the Admin fee) will be given if cancelled ten weeks or more before the scheduled event. 

b) A 50% refund (minus the Admin fee) will be given if cancelled between nine weeks and six weeks before the scheduled event. 

c) No refund will apply if cancelled within six weeks of the scheduled event, unless a medical or other certificate supporting non-attendance is provided.

 

Participation Terms:

Participants must attend all Individual Sessions and a minimum of FIVE Group sessions. Participants missing more than ONE Group Session must complete the following in order to gain the required hours for ICF accreditation:

a) participant must arrange one Make-Up Session for every Group Session missed. Session must be scheduled with a either Tammy Turner or Kendra Strudwick. Make-Up Session must be a minimum of 60-minutes in length and be held within four weeks of program completion. Make-Up Session will be charged at A$375 +GST per hour.

All Programs

Participants must attend all sessions. Participants missing any part of any session must complete the following in order to gain full ICF CCE units and Certificate of Completion:

a) 1-2 hours absence - participant must arrange a Make-Up Session with a participant from the same cohort to go over the missed content. Make-Up Session must be a minimum of 60-minutes in length and be held within two weeks of program completion.

b) 3-4 hours absence - participant must attend a virtual Make-Up Session with Tammy Turner to go over the missed content. Make-Up Session must be a minimum of 60-minutes in length and be held within four weeks of program completion. Make-Up Session will be charged at A$575 +GST per hour.

c) 4+ hours absence - participant must attend a virtual Make-Up Session with Tammy Turner to go over the missed content. Make-Up Sessions must be a minimum of 120-minutes in length and be held within four weeks of program completion. Make-Up Session will be charged at A$575 +GST per hour.


Module 1 participants

Module 1 participants are also required to attend a 60-minute Professional Group Supervision Session approximately 8-weeks after the in-class program. Supervision Session options will be provided.
