Group and Team Coaching Cancellation If you need to miss or cancel a session, please advise the coach immediately, adhering to the below cancellation policy details. If you reschedule or cancel a group session without appropriate notice, including illness, a cancellation fee of 100% of your session rate will apply and the hours for that missed session will not be obtained unless made up.
Standard Terms.
Services Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd provides professional development in the form of group, team and individual coaching, facilitation, team building, culture enhancement, group/team strategies and leadership development services to professionals under a project basis. Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd does not provide professional advice and services should not be interpreted as such. Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd will endeavour to perform the contracted services with due skill and care.
Performance Guarantee Should the assignment fail to deliver the desired results, the client and Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd will reach a suitable commercial adjustment to the satisfaction of both parties. Additionally, the client and/or the participant(s) are free to contact Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd for a period of one year after the assignment has completed for further ad hoc queries related to the engagement.
Confidentiality Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd agrees to:

Keep Confidential Information confidential;

Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of the engagement; and

Disclose Confidential Information only to persons who have a need to know or have been approved or nominated by the client.

Sign and follow any client non-disclosure policy prior to commencement of the engagement, as required by the client.

Follow the guidelines as established in the Federal Privacy Act 1988.

Should documentation need to be communicated electronically, electronic mail and electronically transferred documents are not secure and may unintentionally be intercepted in transit and/or contract a virus. The client agrees to release Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd from any claim as a result of unauthorised copying, recording, reading or interference with that transmission or for any damage caused to your system or files from that transmission.
Termination The client or Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate this engagement at any time with just cause with reasonable notice. The client agrees to pay fees up to the termination date and any subsequent fees in relations to the assignment.
Relationship The relationship between Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd and the client is that of principal and independent contractor and not that of employment or partnership.
Intellectual Property Any copywrites, trade names, intellectual property and materials related to Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd and/or Tammy Turner’s materials, methodologies and processes, including the manner in which they are delivered, including related documentation and manuals are our property. Any reproduction of this materials, methodologies and processes by any means must have approval with prior written consent to Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd and/or Tammy Turner.
Indemnity
(a) Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
(b) If during an engagement, a participant chooses to leave the organisation, Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd accepts no liability with regard to that employees decision.
(c) All materials, methodologies, processes and advice are supplied from the perspective of opinion rather than statements fact and interpretation is up to the individual. Therefore, Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd incurs no liability on the use of her materials and communications.
(d) Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd will take every effort in ensuring quality delivery of an engagement; however, claims will be limited to a credit or refund for the assignment, while no liability will be accepted for either direct or indirect loss of profit or consequential loss.
Feedback Please feel free at any time to contact Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd if any improvements can be made to your engagement or the services provided to your organisation. Any concerns will be investigated and expenses will be incurred at my cost.
Individual Coaching Cancellation If you need to miss or cancel a session, please advise the coach immediately, adhering to the below cancellation policy details. If you reschedule or cancel an individual session without appropriate notice, including illness, a cancellation fee of 100% of your session rate will apply and the hours for that missed session will not be obtained unless made up.
Standard Terms and Conditions

All sessions will be at 14-day payment terms and invoiced after each session completion. Turner International Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on past due accounts after 30 days.

As sessions are missed or cancelled, invoices for these are extra and they will be submitted on a monthly basis as per the cancellation fees.

If sessions are missed or cancelled and the invoices are left unpaid, the hours for these will be taken out of the number of hours remaining.
Please note: The costs in most projects will not vary; however, should there be changes to the conditions, assumptions, outcomes, timeline and tasks or unforeseen circumstances as the engagement develops over time, we reserve the right to modify any agreed costs. We will provide you an estimate of additional costs beyond our original proposal and seek your approval prior to proceeding with the engagement, should the need arise. Should the engagement require, travel & living expenses will be charged to the client at cost or as mutually agreed.
