Turner International provided executive coaching to the CEO and his direct executive reports. The coaching was well structured and conducted professionally, and we saw tangible outcomes as a result of behaviour change in the workplace. The coaches had a great depth of expertise, were flexible in their approach, and maintained confidentiality at all times. It was a pleasure working with Turner International, and I look forward to working with them again in the future". Tina Gore | General Manager ARENA (Australia Renewable Energy Agency) "I know that I am a better coach for the work that I have done with Tammy and unreservedly recommend her as a professional mentor coach and supervisor. She has been, and remains, integral to my professional and personal development. Every session with her has served to improve my coaching capability, ability to self-reflect, and develop the sophistication of skills in both the art and science of the coaching discipline.

With supervision from globally recognised senior team coaches and in close interaction with fellow practicing team coaches you will be in a safe space to learn, share and reflect around real challenge areas and case studies that will help you develop and grow as a team coach." I am so grateful for her artful ways to help me gain clarity, insights and nuggets of new personal discoveries.” Tera Eng | Regional Director, Office of Equity, Inclusion and Diversity and Business Resources Group - Kaiser Permanente "Since 2014, Turner International has provided Team and Individual Coaching, HR as Coach training, Difficult Conversations Coaching, Leadership Development and other services both in person and virtually. Through hands-on workshops and real-world case studies, you'll gain practical skills, tools and strategies that seamlessly blend into your current team interactions, helping you transition smoothly to a team coaching approach or extend what you’re already doing with teams. How is this program different from other team coaching courses? Additionally, you’ll enjoy 12 months of complimentary membership to both the CCMI library and the unlimited use of the PERILL Team Diagnostic diagnostic, providing invaluable resources for your continued professional development. Is the program accredited? Absolutely! Our training is accredited by both the EMCC and ICF, ensuring you receive a recognised qualification upon completion. The EMCC TCQA is integrated into the program, and once you finish all course requirements, you'll be recommended for both EIA and ITCA certifications (meaning you’ll become both an Accredited individual and team coach at the practitioner level, should you apply, if you’re new to EMCC). For ICF accreditation, there are a few extra steps involving a small fee and additional assignments, including a webinar. How is the program structured? The course consists of a 90-minute orientation session and 8x 3-hour online sessions, typically accommodating 8 - 16 delegates. This format encourages individual and group reflection, creating a balanced learning environment that promotes participation and personal growth. How many hours are required for the program in total? Completed over 3-4 months, the 152 hours in total are made up of 18 hours of training, 40 hours of reading (theory and models), 60 hours of preparation, planning and practice with at least your teams with the remainder split across reflection and the assignment Do I have to attend all 8 plenary sessions? You can only miss 2 live plenary sessions throughout the program duration. If you miss more, individual make up sessions can be held at an additional fee. Will the plenary sessions be recorded? Yes. All sessions will be recorded and saved for your on-going learning throughout the program and for a short period of time afterward. It will be up to each participant to watch any missed sessions and check in with their learning groups to embed the learning and ask questions. How many teams will I need to practice on? You must have at least 2 teams who you will coach 4 sessions minimum for the program. A team is greater than 4 people and no more than 10. • Community Learning Groups | Turner International

Community Learning Groups for team coaches: Open co-learning peer environment for discussion, case studies, and professional development with experienced practitioners. Community Learning Groups for Team Coaches An open co-learning peer environment Download Flyer Register Team (or group) work has been around for centuries. It is and has always been the pillar of any great society or community, leading either to its success or its downfall. In more recent times, the need for productive and harmonious teamwork within our organisations and systems has been acknowledged, leading to the birth of what is known today as the practice of ‘team coaching’. “The way in which a group of people come together and work together will always determine the quality of what they produce.” Tammy Turner Community Learning Groups. There are particular qualities that a systemic team/group coach requires to be able to do their job well. These include patience, understanding, compassion, strong organisational skills, the ability to express in their authority, the ability to listen and the knowing of when to respond. Further to these qualities, a systemic team/group coach needs to be well versed and up to date with the latest in coaching techniques, consulting, group dynamics, conflict resolution and facilitation…just to name a few. As a specialty field, systemic team coaching continues to evolve as more coaches are trained with the skills needed in supporting teams and groups to collaborate for positive outcomes in their organisations. In response to this, Turner International has established a community learning group for coaches to come together and share their expertise and experience, strengthening relationships and supporting each other to grow as practitioners and as people, ultimately benefitting the wider ecosystem. What is it? The Community Learning Group (CLG) is a peer forum, not a master class, supervision or a training program. Each session is an open co-learning peer environment which offers the space for discussion, expansion, and practice with your peers. It is specifically designed for team coaches who are passionate about their ongoing professional development. This unique hosted program is structured to provide an enriching and interactive experience that will empower team coaches with skills, knowledge, and connections. Each session will be facilitated by a Turner International faculty member. What are the benefits? Each member's benefits may vary depending on their experience level, their openness to sharing and commitment to the community learning on offer. Some benefits might be: Practical sharing of approaches, tools, selling and designing engagements Generating ideas and momentum Exposure to the diversity of team coaching engagements On-going embedding best practices There may also be a follow-on effect that the community decides to share what they've learned with their clients; through blogging or v-logging and/or research. You will be able to claim the hours spent as part of your 40 required ICF Credential Renewal hours and can be claimed as Resource Development hours, not core competencies as the COP does not have ICF CCE's associated with it. What will be covered? Each session promises to be enlightening and enriching, offering valuable insights into the world of team coaching i n a professionally guided and peer-supported learning environment. You will: Hone and expand your team coaching skills Broaden your understanding of models, tools, and frameworks Share your insights and expertise Enhance your ability to navigate Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS) Discover the latest developments in Team Coaching Who can attend? Attendees will be graduates of any team coaching training program - Common examples include AoEC, PERILL/Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International, Renewal Associates, GTCI, IECL, ORSC, 6 team conditions and/or Turner International. You could be an internal or external team coach or team leader. The opportunity here is for a group of team coaches to come together and deepen your understanding and proficiency in team coaching. What is the time commitment? This 10-hour program will be held every 6 weeks, for 6 sessions, plus an Orientation session to get the group started. Each 90-minute virtual session will be experiential in nature and offer both the theory and opportunity to work with the materials to begin embedding the content. When are the sessions? A ll sessions will be from 9:00am – 10:30am (Sydney, Australia time) Investment $500.00 AUD (+GST if applicable ) - All costs listed are exclusive to the Australian standard 10% GST which will be added to the final invoice. - GST applicable to Australian residents only. - You will be invoiced after registration in your currency of choice.
